Greetings, I am Raekwon Malik, the founder of Culture Shift MM, born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland.   What inspired me to start this Strategic Firm came from watching Talented Indvidual's who lack opportunities due to the lack of business acumen and combined with the education and guidance. The lack of Expertise in Creative Strategy has inspired my journey to assist mission-driven and skilled beauty professionals in the realm of new business development. At heart, I am a community activist and musician. I am dedicated to helping, teaching, and guiding families and our youth, serving as the compass that I wish had while growing up. These factors have fueled our growth into the fastest-scaling strategic media and marketing firm on the East Coast. There is so much talent and yet not enough collective execution at an expert level.
